Nishchal Chandan (born 20 June 1999)[1] is an Indian professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Indian Super League club Inter Kashi.
Early life[edit | edit source]
Chandan is born in Chandigarh.[2]
Career[edit | edit source]
Minerva Academy FC[edit | edit source]
Chandan's journey started with Minerva Academy in 2015, where he learnt his basic skills and honed them. Later, became a champion in the U-18 I-League North Zone Championship with Minerva FC.[3]
Punjab FC[edit | edit source]
He progressed to make his debut in the I-League second division with Punjab FC in 2020-21.[3]
Sudeva Delhi FC[edit | edit source]
He followed by a stint with Sudeva FC from 2021-23, where he not only made his I-League debut as captain but also scored a goal.[3]
Churchill Brothers FC Goa[edit | edit source]
He later followed by a move to Churchill Brothers in 2023-24 playing all 19 games.[3]
Jamshedpur FC[edit | edit source]
On 16 July 2024, Nishchal penned a deal with Jamshedpur FC.[3]
